There are two very sweet dogs in the property, but you won't meet them if you don't want to. Carlos is a very nice host. He was a wine producer, so he gives good advices and many bottles are at your disposal at a very reasonable price. The area is well served in terms of services and nice restaurants. You can take the train from a Lisbon and walk a bit to the property, but we used the car. The beach is at 5/10 min walk.

If you need a budget place to stay close to the airport, it's definitely a good choice, however it's good to have a car. There is a big public parking lot just in the other street. There are several door bells at the entrance, but the waiter from the restaurant on the other side of the street told us the right one.

The Villa was perfect. We had loads of room, our own beds and bathrooms, and loads of space. The private pool was also great and got the sun all day. Everything was comfortable and clean. The Villa and the street also felt safe. The back door opened out onto the beach, with loads of restaurants and beach bars. The communication with the host was also excellent. We had a few questions during our stay, and they always answered us straight away, and we're very helpful. 100% would recommend.
