It was well cleaned apartment and they were cleaning the apartment everyday and making our beds and putting dishwasher which was really plus.

Lisbon Serviced Apartments is the largest operator of short-term stay apartments in Lisbon. Launched in 2009, with then one building, it has been expanding in a fast and sustainable way offering now more than 150 apartments in the center of Lisbon, soon to reach 300 in 20 buildings after the successful implementation of the ongoing expansion plan. Since we do not own any of the buildings all our attention is focused on the management of third parties’ buildings, which gives our investors and partners an added guarantee of professionalism and independence, has is stated by our portfolio of large institutional investors as well as small investors (who only have one apartment) . All apartments are in buildings 100% allocated to the services of Lisbon Serviced Apartments, without the risk of finding the inconvenience of sharing buildings between owner occupiers and tenants. All accommodations include a daily maid service, linen and bath and the Internet without additional charge to users.

The Lisbon Serviced Apartments - SANTOS apartments are located next to Largo do Conde Barão, in an area notable for the shift between traditional residential neighbourhood and bustling local trade. With two separate entrances, Santos A (Calçada Marques de Abrantes, 24A) and Santos B (Rua do Merca Tudo, 11), the 28 apartments are fully renovated and equipped for practical and comfortable use. Daily cleaning service, as well as the provision of bathroom supplies. Bed linen and towels are replaced after 3 days, or upon request.

Neighbourhood information

The wide streets, formerly dedicated to industry and recently revitalised with new bars and restaurants, enjoy close proximity to the Tagus River. We are located within walking distance of Bairro Alto, Chiado and Cais do Sodré. The Museum of Ancient Art, on Rua das Janelas Verdes, is just 950 m away. The Time-Out market, with its extensive range of restaurants, is a 10-minute walk away, and right next door is Cais do Sodré and the famous “Rua Cor de Rosa”, a area well known for its nightlife and bars. The Santos train station, which connects Lisbon to Cascais, is located just 500 m away. The stop for the number 28 tram is right next to the building.
