It is situated at a perfect spot looking out to Bellagio and away from the crowd. The property has everything that we needed (cooking utensils, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fireplace with plenty of pallets, and the host Alberto was a very warm and caring person who looked after us very well. Without a car it would be quite challenging to reach as it is situated up in the hill, but for the view? Absolutely worth it!! Around the property there are so much to see even in the low season. Pier Lenno can be reached by walking downhill in 15 mins but probably twice as much the time coming up (again, very nice view so it’s worth it). We went to the local butcher and bought roast beef for Chinese fondue at home. It was top quality meat at very reasonable prices. Supermarket Canad is about 15 mins drive away toward Menaggio, very convenient when we need to pick up food and basic toiletry. All in all, staying at Greenlake House Tremezzina was an experience that we will always treasure!!

Perfect for a family of 3 or 4. 2 big bedrooms, 1 cosy living room. The host makes the appt comfy. You will find everything you need : some food already at disposal, some activities for kids, … and a nice garden with some tables. Viola is a perfect host, super available for any question. The location is quite convenient if you want to see different cities around lake Como. 5 min drive to take lake in a residential area.

This property offers access to a pool table, table tennis and free private parking. The villa has a sauna and full-day security. I cannot rave enough about how fabulous our stay was. The house, room and facilities are beautiful, perfectly maintained and just like the photos. The team that work at the villa cannot do enough to make your stay relaxing and comfortable - they are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast each day was fresh, and bountiful and with the perfect place to sit looking over the pool. And a short walk into Como - about 10 mins to town and 15 mins back (as it is uphill) - you do need to have moderate fitness to do the walk and there is not many cabs available. We have been travelling for some time and this was by far the best stay so far.
