The breakfast is abundant, Italian style supplemented with even personal request. Excellent supermarket and pizza place can be found within 2 minutes on foot. You can eat in the garden as well in warmer weather.

Everything!! A lovely selection of food was left for our breakfasts, with a well equipped kitchen The bedroom was big with comfy bed. Viola helped us plan our days out with great tips on beaches, bus and train times etc.

My family of 5 had plenty of space, the apartment had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The addition of the small balcony in Smaraldo was lovely. We loved the simple but stylish decor, all beautifully presented and clean and tidy. The working shutters were a lovely original feature and the garden was an added bonus. A 10 minute walk to the lake front which has been renovated and has lake access, plus an easy to use bus stop outside the property made the location perfect.

The stay was amazing. I really love the possibility to eat breakfast in the garden with the view for mountains. The area is residential so it is very calm and relaxing. It is very easy to get there by train or bus, in a few minutes walk there is also a supermarket (very well equiped - you can find products for every type of diet) and the lake coast with several restaurants - ideal to spend an evening there or take a bath. The town has direct bus and train connections to other towns and villages in the region and they are operating 7 days a week (important for who does not drive a car;))

The stay was great. The room was small but had everything we needed. Viola the owner was extremely helpful and gave recommendations of places to visit, eat etc. It was good value for money as well. Definitely recommend this place.

Апартаменты довольно далеко от вокзала )35-40 минут пешком или около 15-20 минут автобусом), но маршрут проходит по очень живописным местам, а остановки автобусов совсем рядом. Очень приветливая хозяйка Виола встретила лично, подсказала расписания общественного транспорта к главным достопримечательностям озера, расположение хороших ресторанов и магазинов. В номере идеальная чистота, приятно пахнет, есть все необходимое для жизни - полотенца, набор посуды, кухонная техника, фен, шампунь, мыло и даже зубные щётки и шапочки для душа. Приятная неожиданность - хоть в цену не включен завтрак, в номере была корзинка с перекусом, чай, кофе, бутылки воды - с дороги очень кстати😊 Когда мы приехали, внезапно похолодало, порадовало, что в номере были теплые одеяла и дополнительные пледы. Есть садовые стулья и очень милый дворик для отдыха. Хороший wi fi.
