The pool was always clean and the water warm, with plenty of sunbeds available, ensuring it was never crowded. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, paying extreme attention to every detail. The breakfast was delicious, although it did take a bit of time to prepare.

This little pearl with an utmost kind host Dileepa was a true bargain for what you are getting. It was very clean and has a lush garden which consistent of different fruit trees. Every bedroom has its own aircon. Dileepa is very helpful in arranging quality trips to National parks, turtle viewing and heaps of other stuff. This is all done for a very good price-quality !

Did not have breakfast included in our deal but got a very good complimentary Sri Lankan breakfast on the morning of our departure.
Facilities were great at the Villa but could have been cleaner.
Only one toilet roll supplied even though we had 2 bathroom/toilets.

Booking.com or owners always "falsify" what is included and neither side correct this - disgraceful practice !!!
Restaurants nearby are closed or non existent which is why we left Tangalle much earlier than planned.

The location for us was great, private, secure, right next to beach with a few places to eat ,ideal.

The rooms were very clean, they had ac and a fan and there was even a fridge in the room which was super convenient. They offer a huge and delicious breakfast which we ordered and it was completely worth it. The area was very quiet and peaceful and there is a beach for swimming just a few minutes away on foot.
The owner was very friendly and helpful, he gave us some advice on which bus to take continuing our journey and on good places to eat. It was a really nice stay, I highly recommend it.
We really love this place if we are staying on our holidays we will choose this accomodation once more. This accomodation has many benefits like very close beach (200m), very nice and helpful staff, very rich breakfast pancakes, fruits and toasts. This place is famous for night turtle egg laying excursions. The room was very clean and the therase was amazing.
Lovely location and the staff were wonderful - so patient and friendly despite all our questions and they provided really good recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was great - they were happy to accommodate our dietary requirements and rooms were very clean. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Wow, what an amazing boutique hotel by the beach. We stayed in the romantic villa, it was just fabulous, spacious, very clean and the private pool was just a dream!
We participated in Verona yoga class which was a brilliant way to start the day. The staff is extremely friendly with the right level of care. Definitely highly recommended🤩

It was very nice place to relax and enjoy the sun and pool. It was 10m long private pool all by ourselves and my sun and myself enjoyed very much almost our day was spent at the pool. The room was very clean and minimalistic design beautiful bathroom and comfy bed. The extra bed for my son was very nice as well.
