The villa is the best stay we encountered in Sri Lanka. It's super clean, modern, and spacious. It has a great kitchen located on the balcony. It has everything you need: kitchen equipment, air conditioning, fridge and freezer, and multiple sockets to charge your phone. There is even a washing machine you can use! Wifi is also available and fast. The beds are large and very comfy. The view on the garden is amazing. The villa is close to the beach. The owner is super nice and helpful. I highly recommend it!! We even extended our stay there as it was so nice!

This is a beautiful period property in the colonial style of a hundred years ago or so I guess. Amazing high ceilings, classic furniture and chilled out verandas where you can sit and watch the birds and life go by. Lovely caretaker Jayantha on site who is the sweetest soul and who will do anything for you. He has limited English but the very helpful and responsive host Krishni will mediate if required. Pool not the biggest but enough to cool down when you need it. Excellent aircon in the bedrooms. Overall excellent value for money

The room was big and clean. In front of the room was a nice terace with view on the garden. Sumudu (the owner) and her whole family treated us extremly nice and arranged everything for us. We got a lot of amazing food for breakfast which was included in the price. The house is situated near to the Rekawa lagoon and a few kilometers to a nice and calm beach. At any time we felt very welcomed because of Sumudu and her lovely family. Thank you for the nice stay at your guesthouse, we were really happy!

We really enjoyed our staying at this villa. It was clean and cozy. An ideal place for privacy. The beach was empty for kilometers in both directions. We felt like we were on a desert island. Nice little one bedroom house set in a corner of a garden where you can watch purple faced langurs,parakeets,and mongooses. I've also spotted grey hornbills,,babblers and a black headed oriole.The hosts are friendly and have given me buffalo curd in a clay pot ,green porridge and also rice and curry..It's situated at the end of a quiet road and is just a short walk to the beach,so what's not to like?
