Maria was wonderful. She helped us organise a taxi from the bus station and met us when we arrived. She was on hand all the time over whatsapp.
When we got there Maria greeted us with local pastries and showed us around the place.
It felt really as new and great condition, it was much nicer than we expected from the photos.

The property is wonderful, perfect for two people where everybody can have their own bedroom and privacy. Fantastic backyard with a lot of lush greenery. Quiet and peaceful yet very close to the beautiful beach and hustle and bustle of Mondello.
The house is spot clean and well equipped with very fast internet. Great design and access to the terrace and garden. I like to cook and really liked the kitchen Gerlando has in his house. Gerlando made this place really lovely and I can only say great things and truly recommend it.
Moreover, Gerlando is a fantastic host: very kind, honest, helpful, always available if one needs anything. I would say he is one of the best hosts one can encounter and his property reflects that very well. Me and my mother had wonderful stay in Gerlando’s house.

Barbara and Michele have loving renovated this beautiful beach home so it has every modern appliance and everything you could want. They are such warm and welcoming hosts and extremely helpful with great communication.
Nestled in the leafy streets that is only a short walk from the beach and one of the best bakery shops in Sicily. The area is quiet and you're walking distance to the center of Mondello where’s there’s plenty of places to eat. Pictures really don’t do this lovely property justice. Our only regret is we just stayed here for a very brief time!

Here's my enthusiastic review of our stay at this beautiful villa near Mondello Beach. The villa exceeded all our expectations. It is clean, bright, with high ceilings and elegant ceiling moldings that add an unique charm. There are two spacious, light- filled bedrooms, a cozy living room, and the terrace on the top floor with good views of the surrounding mountains. The villa’s garden deserves special praise: well-maintained, lush, and filled with stunning trees that create a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. In the evenings, we enjoyed having barbecues and taking in the fragrance of the blooming trees - truly magical moments.
The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: plenty of linens, towels, kitchenware, and even laundry detergent, which is especially convenient for longer stays. It’s easy to reach the center of Palermo by bus, with a stop no far from the villa. Within walking distance is also one of the best beaches on the coast, where we loved the warm sea and soft sand of Mondello.
We are especially grateful to our hosts Valentina and her Mum for their warmth and hospitality. The host speaks English, which makes communication easy and the stay even more comfortable. Thanks to their attention and care, we felt completely at home.
We fell in love with this villa and are already planning to return next year. Beautiful Italy, magical Mondello, and this welcoming place will remain in our hearts for a long time.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The host was incredibly helpful and even drove us to the train station, which made our trip much easier. The place itself was amazing, very clean, and had a lovely small terrace where we could relax. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and tasty options. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience.
Very clean and cozy. Good location, close to the seaside, but it is quiet in the neighbourhood. There is a nice little garden where you can sit in the evening and enjoy a drink. It has been a really pleasant stay.

There is a spacious balcony where you can hang out, have breakfast, etc. The coffee provided is amazing, the host is right to be proud of it. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned frequently.
Giulio and Rosario were very helpful for us. We were even able to check in earlier (our flight was early in the morning). When we first met, Rosario told us about Mondello and Palermo - recommended restaurants, places to see. Location is top, near to everything in Mondello and well connected with Palermo. Room was very clean and breakfasts always fresh :)
Big thanks to the owners of the Mongibello Palace! They were so helpful and caring and also gave great recommendations for touristic tours and restaurants. Delicious coffee in the morning. The room was very clean, the location of the B&B is simply amazing due to its closeness to the beach and plaza.
