The casetta was so inviting the grounds are beautiful the view of the mountains when you wake breathtaking. We can't recommend this beautiful place & it's village enough we didn't want to leave . We had the best experience in this guest house. We have our own bedroom, living room, kitchen, big bathroom and the terrace. Everything was nice and cleen, bathroom had all supplies.
The owner is very nice and helpful. Answered all our question and always was ready to help. She made us a delicious chocolate cake as a welcome gift, it was a great surprise. Also the fridge was full with food for breakfast.
The town is small but really nice. It is located on the mountain and you need car to get there. Not far from the lake Komo and Milan (about an hour).

We liked everything! Tha place has a unique atmosphere, it's nicely decorated, cosy and comfortable. It's a three-storey apartament located in an old building overlooking the see from one side. The view from the upstairs bedroom is amazing! There house is equiped excellently! The host thought of everything to satisfy all the guests' needs. Apart from obvious devices there is also Lavazza coffee machine with plenty of coffee capsules, plenty of different types of tea and some jam and honey, salt and pepper and some spices, there is even pasta in case you run out of food😅 The contact with the host was great, he speaks very good English and writes back or phones you to give you assistance in need.

Nice accommodation in the historic center of the city near the lake. Very quiet place, breakfast on the square was perfect, rooms very clean. The beach is within walking distance of 10 minutes. I would definitely come back here again. I highly recommend.

The location is great, right in the centre of Mandello. Only 2 minutes walk to the ferry pier and around 5 mins to Lido. Here you can take 1 hour pleasant ferry ride to Bellagio or 10 mins train to Varenna. It’s a good town to enjoy quite lake life and friendly neighbourhood. The Casa itself is very clean, well decorated and comfy. The host Franco is very nice to pick us up from the train station. We definitely recommend this and stay again!

The owner, upon arrival, presented us with the most important information, including the attractions available nearby. In addition, we could always count on her help with any questions or problems. I recommend this apartment, especially for people who like to hike in the mountains :)
Very spacious, very clean. Near to railway station. 15 minute walk to the lake. 10 minute walk to Central Square. Very quiet area. The host was very helpful and easily contactable. Easy reach of the Guzzi Musuem.
