Loved the apartment. It had a view of the lake from almost every room. Close to shops, restaurants and ferries. And the private access to the farm was amazing! The perfect place to chill. Chinzia was a lovely host. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Interior design of the apartment was professionally done. Homely feel. Very very clean and tidy, very spacious, great location near the lake and has a grocery shop downstairs, great hosts. Lots of restaurants very close by. Two large bedrooms. Hotel like amenities provided in the apartment. Coffee/ tea available. Great wifi. Allowed us late checkout which was great. Two of us stayed but the apartment can definitely accommodate a much larger family. Can contact hosts anytime via WhatsApp.

We had the best experience in this guest house. We have our own bedroom, living room, kitchen, big bathroom and the terrace. Everything was nice and cleen, bathroom had all supplies.
The owner is very nice and helpful. Answered all our question and always was ready to help. She made us a delicious chocolate cake as a welcome gift, it was a great surprise. Also the fridge was full with food for breakfast.
The town is small but really nice. It is located on the mountain and you need car to get there. Not far from the lake Komo and Milan (about an hour).

We really liked the apartment. It was comfortable, had nearby parking, air conditioning and a wonderful host. I loved the gate on the stairs - very important when you have young children. We used the washing machine and it was an added bonus to the apartment.

The staff is extremely nice! the view from the hallway is amazing, but our room faced the back side of the hotel so we were looking at a very pretty and green mountain side. The food in the restaurant was OK. The view from the pool is incredible, and the pool was very clean. The paid breakfast was $10eu per day, and absolutely WORTH it. Just simple yogurts, meats, breakfast pastries, but all very delicious.

Room was very clean and big, nice lightning, very comfortable bed, awesome view from the window, free coffee and drinks, very quiet, no noise from outside or neighbors. Easy check-in in the late evening, clear instructions. Very helpful staff.
Giulio was very welcoming he greeted us upon arrival we requested an early check and he was very helpful. He surprised us with a lovely Italian gift and arranged a lovely set-up for our anniversary. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. available parking within the building. definitely coming back next time!
Amazing studio apartment, very clean with great facilities and fantastic views. Hosts were great and kept in regular contact. Very close to bars/restaurants and had good transport links into Como. Would highly recommend.
