Villa Pefka exceeded our expectations. What an absolutely beautiful part of the world. The villa was very well equipped with everything you would need (and more) and we loved the elevated position looking down over skiathos. We hired a car which allowed us easy access to beaches, supermarkets and the town (all within very short distances). A much needed relaxing holiday. Travelled as a family with a 7 and 9yr old. The location was great, with everything close to hand. The host changed the towels and offered to change the bedding.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Everyone is very nice. The room is very clean, and the view is great from the common terrace and the room's balcony. The houses are well designed, well equipped, have nice interior, and there are no noises from neighbor rooms either.
The location is peaceful, only 20 minutes walk from town center, though there is bus from 3 euros towards center or Koukounaries beach.
I only returned in the evenings after exploring the island, but I saw it's also great for families and friends taking rest around the pool.
Very nice hotel and helpful staff. Good location, free parking, very good breakfast. The room was very clean, large enough for 3. Maria provide super information about the island and made guud recomendations for beaches, restourants and tavernas.
Definitely we recoment this hotel and wish to come back.
Stamos was a helpful and friendly host who provided us with a lovely stay. The room was equipped with all that you would need, was very clean and we were provided with fresh towels daily which was a nice surprise. The pool and bar area were nice too and we spent time there of an evening- there is a great view of the sea! Excellent value for money, would absolutely recommend. Thanks again Stamos and everyone else!
Perfect stay. Eleni gave us a free upgrade on arrival to a huge suite with private pool. Breakfast was great with amazing coffee. The hotel manager even gave us a lift into town to get the ferry at the end of our stay.
Amazing accommodation with a spectacular view. The villa is surrounded by a very arranged garden. Our host Karen was very helpful, gave us lots of information about Skiathos and made our stay very enjoyable.
The studio was very clean and spacious, we had all the facilities we needed.
