the property is in a little cozy spot right near bala.. the setting is lovely and the property matches this.. its a wonderful place to stay the property was in two sections and both were modern and kept to a high standard with a lovely decking area and seating area between them.. the hosts were very polite and amazing at directing us to the property.. me and my partner had an amazing stay and the beds were perfect i had an amazing nights sleep.. we will definatly return 🙌🏻 if you have not stayed here yet book it now u wont regret it 😃

The place was superb and very near to walking areas around Ffestiniog areas. The home was clean and the amenities were excellent. I think I would still go back if the amenities and prices would still be the same next year.

The room ( No. 2 ) was large, modern, well-appointed and very clean - as was the bathroom, which had a walk-in shower.
Breakfast was very good and served to order. The bed is large and comfortable.
We were pleased to be told that there is a pub in the village and this proved to be a very good community pub.
The cottage is very clean, comfy & spacious. Plenty of parking for our cars & van. Lots of small touches make it a home from home, eg Prosecco & cake left for us.
The views from upstairs over the river & fields with sheep are lovely when you wake up. We enjoyed good food & drinks at the local village pub, The Eagle, which is 5 mins walk
The house is beautiful keept by the owner with all the confort you need for a great stay. The kitchen is very good equipped , the beds are really confortable, it was very clean, warm and no problems with the hot water. The location is perfect if you want to explore Snowdonia. Beautiful rural roads in the back of the property , perfect sunset and we enjoyed the sheeps all around. It was a perfect stay for us and we will really wnat to return. Thank you, Colin for the gifts
