Fantastic location in the centre of Norwich in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Matthew was a great host and sorted out the few minor issues very quickly. The guys had great fun in the games room.

Nice room, very clean, well stocked with toiletries/tea + coffee. Bed comfortable. Loads of parking. Close to the broads by being situated next to the water. Pub vibe with food available.
Our rooms were spacious, very clean comfortable and quiet. Room temperature could be easily contolled, so just right. Lovely large TV with FreeView. Very reasonable price for room only. So, would certainly recommend it for a short stay
Everything from checking in, to all the staff that was working on the dates we was there all was very friendly and helpful asking us if everything was ok, (Including the housekeepers) ,
the room we had with river view was amazing, very clean and comfortable , to the meals we had there including breakfast which was done to perfection, lovely atmosphere all round in a lovely setting.
The room was nice and comfortable although small, the ensuite was very clean and like new, the housekeeping was very good. The location was excellent, very attractive. On the whole, across different choices, the meals were good, and the staff very good, polite and friendly.
A lovely holiday home just off the river Bure in Horning, with parking right outside. A beautiful location, 30 seconds away from the local shops and from the river front. The house was clean and well kept and perfect for our family of 6 (3 adults, 2 children and a toddler). The owner has thought of everything, including a wonderful welcome pack for when we arrived. This truly was a home from home. The owner was also able to arrange a great deal on a day boat and we had a lovely day out at Salhouse broad. Highly recommended.
