The modern house in Southampton had a fully equipped kitchen, which was convenient even though we didn’t prepare any meals during our stay. Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Location is excellent in the middle of Hamble village. Car parking is plentiful and free. Some rooms have nice views across the estuary. Price is reasonable. Rooms very clean.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel had free parking and excellent views of the marina. The room was spacious and the breakfast was of very good quality. WiFi was free and fast. There are also a lot of places to eat around the hotel including several nice pubs.

Safe secure car park, easy access to the village - although up hill so wouldn’t recommend to someone with mobility issues - plus no lift to access rooms.
