I loved the hotel, it is so spacious and beautiful. Loved the location, so peaceful and very close to a train which takes you to the downtown. Our conference room that was in the hotel was so cosy and spacious. I am blessed to have had such sweet experience in Hilton. Oh and Starbucks in the lobby, what can be more amazing than that? 🫠🥰

Hilton needs to invest in this facility. I used to stay there for business, have a meal there before a flight. Casual restaurant has lost its luster. Rooms need painted around all the rough edges. Interior design of rooms is very old fashion. Best thing to say is the location is perfect if you’re flying out in the morning and price was not bad.

The Chicago airport Hilton could not have been more convenient, about a 3 minute walk from baggage claim. The front desk crew was friendly, enthusiastic, helpful.

I stayed there for convenience only, My first flight and second flight were cancelled, and I really didn't want to go searching for hotels further from the airport so stayed in the Hilton regardless of the cost, knowing all good hotels near the airport would be expensive.

Had to phone the hotel for transport as the shuttle buses now pick up at the back of the Hilton. Nice room, good bathroom arrived to late for dinner, breakfast in the hotel Cafe just OK, In view of the airport but reasonably quiet.

I have stayed at various Hampton Inns over the years, and this one did not disappoint. The bedroom was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty basic, but nevertheless, provided a good start to the day. Provided a very useful shuttle service to O'Hare Airport.

Top location, if you are stranded, friendly personnel, but hotel was dirty and needs refurbishment. I was stranded during connecting flight and I m travelling a lot. I ve seen better Hilton Hotels in the world.

The shuttle driver was terrific. Personable and professional. It's a newly remodeled atrium hotel, so it had the feel of an Embassy Suites but the interior design was a bit higher end. My lunch upon arrival in the restaurant was excellent.

I stayed one night at Hilton hotel because my flight was delayed by 30h. Equipped with a lot of luggage, I was highly relieved that I could simply walk over to the hotel from the airport with the cart that I used to transport the bags. Very convenient. They also have a Fitness center, which I used, and are pet-friendly. The Hilton hotel allowed me to use the room until 1pm next day without extra charge.

Breakfast was better than I expected. Shuttle bus requires calling the hotel and agreeing on a pickup time; the meeting point was at Door 2 in front of the Hilton Hotel. Gym room was decent, but could be improved (two out of three treadmills are broken).
