The staff was great and very responsive to any requests. The location was great - close to everything - the beach, a Super Max supermarket, small shopping center, Starbucks, petrol station, DoubleTree Hotel where you can go for a meal or a cocktail. It feels pretty safe in the area, just watch where you are stepping in when walking along the streets.

Thanks to Hilton I will receive a refund for the BOGUS smoking fee. I enjoyed the platform where I could bathe in the sun next to the ocean. Also I the security at this property is surprisingly more pleasant than the front desk.

Our room was quiet, on a corner, situated away from other rooms...but it faced the valet and taxi queue, and we could hear morning truck deliveries, etc. being made. There was a view of the ocean across the front entryway, though, looking towards the vacant Normandie Hotel. The location of Caribe Hilton is tricky because it is somewhat isolated, but that does make it quieter, and as long as you don't mind a ~20 min walk or a scooter ride, you can easily get to other parts of San Juan like Condado, OSJ, and Miramar.

Standard, older Hampton Inn. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Staff were friendly. Easy to catch a taxi from the hotel parking lot.

it was perfect for what we needed for an early morning flight. BReakfast was actually better than what we had had all week at The Embassy Suites in Dorado. And they opened at 5 am which was perfect for a 7 am flight. The beds were also bigger and more comfortable than the ones at Embassy Suites. We did not check out any of the facilties so can not comment on that. Super simple to get to our check in and security from the hotel.

Nice pool, beach front. Location. Got a cabana that was nice. Bed was amazingly done by Hilton., the best! Breakfast Buffett was excellent.
