We liked everything about the studio 😊 It was obvious that the hosts put a lot of thought in building, furnishing, equipping and decorating of the place and thought of all the small details, including a helpful welcome book. The whole place is new and super clean. It’s also really nice to have a garden and terrace. The location is great, you can start for a walk from the garden and explore the river and beach or drive to one of the nearby wineries or go for a hike at Te Mata Peak. The hosts are nice and helpful. Internet is good, TV has Netflix etc, and there is even a washing machine. This has definitely been the nicest stay in NZ within that price range and we would happily come back anytime!

Absolutely beautiful, clean place, decorated lovely, has everything you need, good location, easy access, simple descriptions. Was very very happy and could have easily stayed a whole week if I had the time.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 4.9 km from Splash Planet. The cleanest, cutest, fanciest little accommodation I ever did stay... and with a hot tub! We were only there for one night and it was perfect. We grabbed dinner near by and cozied up for the night, bed is super comfy, shower is great pressure, kitchenette is very well equipped, fans and air con as well. Never met the host but very easy to txt and communicate. Airbnb is on the same property as host but don't the back and fenced off, felt very private.
