The units will provide guests with a dressing room and a kettle. This is the most home-like place we’ve been to in Sri Lanka. The location was easy to access, Dimu, the owner (who, btw, is super friendly and helpful) greeted us with some Kind Coconut Milk and prepared us the most delicious dinner and breakfast. The room we stayed in was clean, with no mold at all and well ventilated which made our stay there exceedingly pleasant. Besides that, Dimu helped us to organise the Safari Trip to Udawalawe National Park. The Safari driver advised us to not take a tour guide as he knew absolutely everything about the animals & birds that populate the area. This way we saved some money and had some great time. Therefore, we would definitely recommend the place to our friends and to everyone who’s reading this.

The best host we’ve had so far: easygoing, always ready to help; accommodation is great as well: everything is new, clean and in good condition. The host suggested going on safari in the afternoon because it is not that cold as in the morning, and he was right: the safari was unbelievable.

Dasun, the owner, was super nice and organized a safari for us, brought us to the elephant orphanage, and as well to a river, so that we could refresh ourselves on those super hot days. The place is pretty, the room comfortable and the food was really good.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a restaurant serving Chinese cuisine, and free private parking is available. Max was very nice and helpful with information. He arranged for good and cheap transport both to and from his place. We also went on safari from Max and it was also both good and cheap. The rooms are large and clean with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. We can definitely recommend

Perfect location - 5 minutes from national park entrance. great host who really wants his guests to feel welcomed and taken care of. The food was fantastic, the pool was clean and there were not so many people staying there at that time,so it was quiet. Plus thing: there is one elephant coming really close to the hotel to feed,so you can see him from 1 meter distance :)
Huge room, very quiet at night. No mosquitos. Room has even hand towel, which is rare in Sri Lanka. Big balcony. Great location. Very friendly hosts. Breakfast is huge and very tasty juices from the fruits from their own garden.

Amazing. Best experience in Sri Lanka so far. Max is a great host who constantly makes sure that we had everything we needed. Rooms are big and also the cleanest I've ever experienced for a guest house. Also, amazing breakfast prepared for us in the morning.
We had a great stay. The cottages are nice and comfortable. Upul was a great host, we had a nice conversation in the evening at the very good dinner together. We can also recommend to book the safari with him. It's not the cheapest safari you can book, but the money you spend it's 100% worth it as he speaks fluent English and explains a lot about the wildlife in the national park and its inhabitants . He was a great Tour Guide at the safari. We would love to come back another time.
Great hosting from the family. Great location for the center and elephant orphanage. both within walking distance. The son runs is own safari around the reserve at a good price,very knowledgeable aswell,showing us lot of elephants.🐘♥️
Beautiful spacious safari lodges with a refreshing pool. We did the safari and it was amazing - we saw so many animals and learnt so much. We'd recommend paying for one of the official park guides - it was cheap and he was so knowledgeable. Our driver was great too and in communication with other drivers to ensure we saw lots of wildlife. Lahiru was a great host and also let me use the kitchen which was appreciated.
