From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere. The staff at Tsutaya were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The shared dorm room was not only comfortable but also immaculately clean. The bedding and facilities were well-maintained, and the layout of the room offered a sense of privacy in a communal setting. The location of the guest house was also ideal, nestled in a peaceful area that allowed for a tranquil escape from the bustling city. It was the perfect retreat to unwind and recharge. I highly recommend Onsen Guest House Tsutaya to anyone seeking an authentic Japanese experience with top-notch service. My stay was memorable, and I can't wait to return to this gem of a guest house.

At the guest house guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot spring bath. Guests at Onsen & Garden -Asante Inn- will be able to enjoy activities in and around Gora, like hiking. The garden was absolutely beautiful, and the lounge area was nice! They also had water and tea available at all times. We had japanese breakfast, which I think is part of the japanese guest house experience :D they also have a shuttle service to Gora Station in the morning. The most amazing part was the Onsen (used the left on - very beautiful)! We abolutely loved it, and were able to squeeze in 2 baths dueing our 1 night stay. Lastly, staff and owner were super nice and helpful! The owner even offered to drive us to a train station so we could get to Odawara more easily for our flight. We really appreciated it!! This property is located a short distance from attractions such as Oyata Park, Horyuji Temple, and Katsushika City Museum. The accommodation features evening entertainment and a shared kitchen. You can meet a lot of interesting and friendly people here. It’s a place that makes u feel at home. I mean, when you come back from a whole day’s walk, you can just say tadaima aloud and get responded with a sweet okaeri:) Except for that, the facilities are brilliant, the environment is tidy and clean… So a 100% recommendation for whoever is planning on a trip to Tokyo.

The guest house, set in a building dating from 1970, is 1.2 km from Kamejimashogakko Memorial Park and 1.3 km from Sumida Cultural Museum. Ushijima Shrine is 1.4 km away and Tobu Museum is 1.4 km from the guest house. Very cozy and very friendly host.

Continental and American breakfast options with local specialities, fruits and juice are available daily at the guest house. At Okiya Guest House & Tapas Bar, the traditional restaurant is open for dinner, lunch and cocktails and serves Argentinian cuisine. Fabulous breakfast, and even some wonderful tapas and pizza for lunch and dinner. Gabrielle is a fantastic chef!

The owner is very friendly and helpful. She showed us places where we could eat and gave us a map with the bus timetable. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. I think it was my best sleep in any hotel I have ever stayed in. There is also an electric heater under the futon, if you need one. Just like other reviewers mentioned, In the morning we were given a breakfast that was not included in the price. It contained meat, bread, multiple vegetables and fruits. Again, the best breakfast I ever had.

Clean cozy property in quiet suburb but with close links to central areas. Amy was so hospitable and welcoming!

The best place with the best owners Elizabeth and Sotoshi were so kind. We had the best breakfast there The coffee and latte were just awesome 👍 beds comfortable Our room had two big windows so we got to enjoy birds singing. The decoration of the place is so beautiful Every time I came out of my room I spent a few minutes looking at the Japanese decorations and paintings.

The greenery view from the room window, attentiveness of the hosts, the handmade food they serve, everything was heartwarming.
