The property features a bar and on-site dining. The area is really picturesque and like something from a a fairy tale. I recently found out an actual Disney movie was filmed here, which doesn’t surprise me. The room at the inn is so cosy and comfortable, with a lovely selection of hot drinks, and the ambient pub has the most delicious food. Plus, everyone is super friendly.

I wasn't expecting the property to be as nice as it was. My room was newly decorated and smelt brand new. Clean carpets and good bedding. The room was also very quiet which was great for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was fantastic, a selection of cereals, an Irish fry with homemade soda bread. John is a great host, cheerful and helpful (even if he did think I had a midlands accent 😂) I'm Irish but sadly have a London Accent.... moved to London when I was little but come back home whenever I can.

Great location. Quiet, clean room with all the facilities we needed. Ann was a wonderful host. Chatty and entertaining, but a good listener too. She provided great advice on dining locally. There is an extensive selection of breakfast options and the Full Irish was one of the best. The B&B was full but it didn't feel busy or crowded. It's on a main road but no noise and felt like it was away in the country.
If I could I would give 11 as a review score. Bernie, the host, is the best. Very polite and attentive, and she brings breakfast with croissants, fresh fruits, and local bread every morning. The studio is very cozy and very clean and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, TV, kitchen, kitchenware, tea, and coffee service, welcome food with juices, milk, yogurts, cereal, and chocolate biscuits. Great location, where you can walk only 5min to the city center to buy food or enjoy a happy hour in a pub.
we are just back from a 2 night stay at Stirabout Lane. The B and B had beautiful decor and we got a very good size room. bed was very comfy and it was very quiet at night. Daphne was a great hostess and gave us lots of tips of where to visit. Breakfast was delicious and whole trip was great value. Would definitely go back to this B and B.
I liked how quiet everything was I’m from the city and it was just very nice and bliss it was exceptionally clean! pods, bathroom and kitchen just immaculate Patrick was a great host and got us anything we needed, showed us a great long walk which fantastic views and great memories now
As we were looking for quiet retreat from busy life we found this gem in heart of Wicklow Mountains. Magical place in which you could feel like home away from home. Place where time somehow slows down. Great host which makes you feel most welcome and offer seamless process. We highly recommend and we look forward to come back.
