Very nicely done and comfortable. Basics for meals in the kitchen, like coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc. Netflix or YouTube available on telly. Larger kitchen with dining table available on ground floor, for shared use. Friendly and helpful owners and good communication. Thank you guys....

Adorable little place and so cozy! Food and drinks were delicious as well. Staff was very accommodating to my fiancé who is vegan. Just a short walk to the Alpaca farm where you can fly owls, walk alpacas and meet all sorts of new animal friends. Perfect relaxing little getaway and family friendly as well!

Great location for walking to city centre, botanic gardens and King Edward school. The host Masoud was very helpful and friendly and was in contact to ensure our stay was trouble free
Lovely apartment, very clean and spacious with everything you need. Close to a tram stop, the city centre and plenty of nightlife. Cheap 24 hour parking was available just around the corner. We had a problem with the hot water during our stay but the host did her best to resolve the issue and couldn't have been more apologetic. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.
I wanted a single room which they had. This worked out much cheaper than the average hotel, especially as it included city centre parking and a nice breakfast. It's a short walking distance to eateries. This place is no frills but it had everything I needed. It was very clean, well kept, and friendly, helpful staff. It was quiet and relaxing. I'd definitely stay again.

Excellent apartment for a short city break. Easy to walk to Kelham Island behind the block to explore the bars, restaurants, building styles and the industrial history of Sheffield in the Kelham Island Museum. Easy links to city centre and railway station by tram (tip purchase a tram one day travel pass from the friendly conductors on the tram) For self catering a Tesco Express and larger Tesco superstore all within 8 minutes walk. Internet speed good and quiet area. Hosts very responsive to communication and check in codes provided fine
Clean property, spacious and a great host. Easy access to a lot of shops and fairly close to the city centre. The area is quiet as well and great parking space.
The location is very quiet, we used a good bus service to get into the city centre, Maggi & Sam were great hosts.
Lovely room, comfy bed, great hosts and a delicious breakfast. Everything you want from a B&B. Lyndene is a home from home. It’s in a great location - a quiet street, only a few minutes walk to some good restaurants and cafes. I wish we had been able to stay longer. We hope to return soon. Thanks 😊
Great location for the city centre, 10 minute walk. Cheap and cheerful, which is exactly what we required for one night. Large shower, comfy bed, fairly quiet.
