At the guest house, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The Breakfast was good. The people are very kind and helpful. There was a very friendly athmosphere. Our aim was guedelon medival Site so Colas was near, what was very comfortable for us. If ever we would go to guedelon again, we will try to be at Colas also. From our view it is a very recommended overnight stay. Best thanks from us to the Staffel of Colas.

The property is soundproof and is set 14 km from Senonais Golf Course. Even before arrivial, host was wiling to let us check in very late( due to ferry timings). Very grateful for that, although we managed to arrive earlier when boat was rescheduled. Location felt like entering a secret garden. Absolutely stunning accomodation, offered drinks on arrival, very welcoming host and arty decor. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend a stay here.
Toucy
Located within 24 km of Auxerre clock tower and 25 km of St Germain Abbey in Toucy, La Maison d'hotes de Toucy offers accommodation with seating area. Charming host and village. Found a great restaurant nearby and had a great dinner that was very reasonably priced- a rarity in France.

It offers a heated outdoor pool, a fitness room and panoramic views of the Montigny la Resle Valley. Chateau de la Resle was the PERFECT experience. Johan and the rest of the staff were so attentive to us, and even more helpful. Everything that Johan suggested to us was delicious, so fun, and an amazing experience. Eat dinner on the property! It truly was a culinary experience. And the rooms… I travelled with a group and we absolutely loved both suites we stayed in. They truly thought of everything!! I can not recommend a stay here more!!

A gorgeous property in a stunning location with a charming host who made us feel very welcome and also provided recommendations for restaurants etc in the area. The room was large, the bed was comfy, and we particularly enjoyed having the use of a private terrace. The breakfast was very good and had lots of options, including very tasty fresh fruit. We felt very relaxed here and wished we could have stayed longer.
The room was very comfortable with an armchair and windows that opened wide to let in fresh air. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. Breakfast was cheap but excellent. The baguettes were top quality. It was lovely to have good fresh fruit. The hotel is in the centre of town yet quiet at night.

Great location in the old town. Parking spaces available up the road. Nice décor. Well-equipped kitchen. Cute little courtyard and porch between the main front door and the actual door into the apartment. Good shower. Very quiet, as the apartment is up a little alley from the street. Charming, communicative host, whom unfortunately we didn’t meet this time because he had an injury. We would happily stay here again.
Very relaxed place with a perfect host. Pierre, the host, is also a magnificent cook. So if he does dinner, take it. The relais is in a charming French village, absolutely quiet and surrounded by nature … and there is a great pool! We came as guests and felt like being with friends.
Wonderfully welcoming, beautifully refurbished, charming guesthouse on a quiet street in a fantastic location. Stopped here en route from Switzerland to Roscoff ferry port. It was ideal. Large rooms and secure parking in an enclosed courtyard. Our attic suite had two bedrooms, the second had two single beds, ideal for families. Restaurants, shops etc all within walking distance. Great host, kept in contact with us and there to welcome us on arrival. Lovely breakfast, lots of options. A great find- would highly recommend.
