Property was clean and convenient to travel to Strasbourg and to get to train to travel other cities in France. Property was on a quiet street and would highly recommend over staying in a hotel.

The owners were very warm, and helpful. The property setting was great, and it was an easy walk to the stores within the city center. It provided good access to Strasbourg and surrounding French countryside; I would recommend staying here vs. staying in Strasbourg, as it's an easy drive to Strasbourg! Lastly, the breakfast was wonderful, and reasonably priced.

The room was extremely clean, tastefully designed, and minimalist. Contactless check-in was smooth. We enjoyed staying in this room in the tower of an old church.

Located within 46 km of St. Paul's Church and 47 km of Strasbourg Cathedral in Gumbrechtshoffen, Maison d'Hôtes "L'ORIGINALE" provides accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The guest house features family rooms. We had a lovely stay, the hosts have been very kind and hospitable. The room was spacious and comfy for the three of us and could have easily accommodate a fourth guest in the bunk bed. We could use the kitchen, which was a big plus for us and we made the most of a nice and fresh patio for our self-catered dinner and for breakfast in the morning.

The room is very stylishly designed and comfortable. The breakfast is filling and delicious. We want to go again in the summer.

He went the extra mile to make us happy, brought us umbrellas, and tried to help with many other things, like dinner and more. It is super clean and comfortable and a big size for a family of 4.

We didn’t opt for breakfast, but I’m sure it would have been great as well!

Charming boutique cottage, beautifully designed and decorated throughout, we wanted to move in ! Everywhere was spotlessly clean with attention to detail. The spa bath is a nice touch and was very relaxing. 🩷💫 Additionally, the host was very welcoming and helpful with tips on free parking in Colmar ect, although there is plenty of information, guides and maps provided in the cottage for guest use.
I sometimes have breakfast in the hotel and it's good. I prefer to buy my own food and have something in the room - there is a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare anything you want and it's cheaper that way than the hotel breakfast. The hotel is quiet and clean. The staff are very helpful and nice. The central train station is within walking distance. Tram station is close to the hotel and you can walk to the city centre.

Great hosts with excellent communications. Property was exactly as per photos. It was well appointed with all a travelling couple could need. Spacious, clean and quiet, with a good level of nearby street parking available whilst we were travelling in autumn. Only 4 tram stops to city centre, or a comfortable 25 minute walk to do some shopping on the way back. Strasbourg was fantastic and well worth the 3 wonderful days we spent there. We would happily stay here again when we come back and visit in the future.
