Each morning began with a delightful surprise – fresh eggs from the chickens that roamed the vast property, the most delicious pancakes, made with those very eggs, for breakfast.The farm-fresh ingredients added a special touch to every meal, making dining at Maison an absolute delight. Surrounded by lush greenery, the estate is home to a menagerie of adorable goats, sheep, and chickens. It was a joy to stroll around the grounds, taking in the fresh country air and observing the animals in their natural habitat. The strategic location of Maison makes it the ideal base for exploring both Normandy and Brittany. Whether you wish to explore historic landmarks, sample exquisite local cuisine, or simply soak in the breathtaking scenery, this homestead is perfectly situated for it all. We left Maison with a sense of gratitude and a promise to return someday to this enchanting home away from home.

It was like an apartment so it has everything: sofa, bed, big clean bathroom with fresh towels, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, tea ... Location was a little far from everything, but it was a small town so I enjoyed the walk. The house has a beautiful garden and was quiet. Perfect for a getaway from city trip. Bed was perfect.
