Easy access to the train station in Ugao Mirabelles, for direct trains into the heart of Bilbao. The host, Michaela was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Michaela even brought us a kettle.

WiFi was strong and stable. Security was outstanding -- four combination locks separating our room from the street.
