The service was amazing, the breakfast delicious, and the Hacienda was simply perfect! The kids loved feeding the Alpacas and the horse back riding as well. Thank you!

Breakfast was delicious- fresh fruit, granola, pancake, eggs, coffee. Dinner was also great- Grace was very conscious of any dietary needs. The room was cosy and warm with a wood stove and many comfy blankets. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The roof top terrace is also amazing, if you are lucky, you can see the cotopaxi from there :)

Rooms have balconies with views of the charming central courtyard and Spanish gallery. An absolutely stunning old historical building with great views from the roof. This is a proper hotel, rather than a hostel (their hostel-hostel is in the basement), so no real kitchen access, but the staff is lovely and the accomodations are super clean and comfy. I was in the 6-bed dorm (this is the only dorm which is in the upstairs hotel portion rather than in the hostel area), and it was great.
