The sun terrace and garden offer a beautiful view of the Zugspitz and Wetterstein mountains. We are very satisfied with our stay. Everything is just perfectly suited for our taste. We get a spacious room in the new building and so quiet and clean. And the hosts are so friendly and welcoming. Location is great too. Easily accessible to Zugspitze, Partnachklamm and 1 hour drive to Innsbruck.

Delightful family run guest house, set in a very quiet suburban street. The location was good, an easy drive to The Eagles Nest, Berchtesgaden and Lake Konigssee. Our room had a balcony and the view to the back of the property over the pasture land and the mountains was beautiful. Our hostess was delightful. The beds comfortable, and breakfast adequate for our needs. There is parking onsite and we were able to walk a few blocks to a pizzeria for dinner.
Very charming stay with quaint wooden interiors. The location is very close to the main station as well as from a walking distance from the city center. The breakfast was really good with several options to choose from. Extremely friendly staff especially the ones present during the day.
Emma is an oustanding host...very responsive for any question, very customer oriented and very friendly as well.. The apartment is really nice, well equiped and charming. Not far from the supermarket or the city center. Very easy to Park the car in front of the house. Definitely we highly recommand this apartment for your next holidays. The apartment is specious enough for two people, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (especially the kitchen!). Comfortable parking in front of the building, quiet neighbourhood, but in a walking distance from the city center, shops, train station and restaurants. Absolutely amazing host. Great location, nice stylish room, great breakfast, parking next to the house. If I travel again to Königssee region, I will definitely choose same pension.
The apartment was self contained and after quite a few weeks travelling it was great to feel like being at home. At the same time it was in a great location. Close to the train and bus station and shops. It was quiet with great views of the mountains. The host was quick to reply to us and she communicated well before and during our stay.
