Staff doesn't speak English, but we were able to get by with some hand signs and Google Translate. Team was really wonderful and remembered my name. Breakfast was quite good and nicely organized on covered porch overlooking the valley. The rooms feel cozy and very much like a German hotel. Amazing experience overall.

The Hotel's location near the Elephant Mount top is so beautiful that it was great to have breakfast looking at it. The price was fair. The bedroom wood burning fireplace gave us a glamorous and pleasant temperature place at night.

The view is unbelievable, quiet, the location is 7 minutes away from Capivari and, in the way of other amazing places. The staff is really polite, the breakfast is delicious and it is the third time we have been there.

The restaurant is a continuation of the traditional Canadian Ski lodge architecture and decoration found throughout the hotel. A brunch is served daily until 12 pm in the gardens, offering a view of the Bosque. Breakfast and tea (afternoon) were really great, so delicious! "Mama" (restaurant attendant), Pedro and Felipe (reception) the greatest hosts ever. They were always available for our requests.
