Everything was perfect, Christian answered all my questions and provided with guest card for free entering a cable car (just one was open at the moment, one more is just near the pension, but it was closed because of low season). The breakfast is good, there are two coffee machines and the electric kettle you can use any time. The hotel is close to the road but my window was closed, so I had a good sleep. Balcony has a sofa and small table - pretty comfortable. Didn't find hairdryer in the room, so needed to go downstairs to ask for it, but found three of them in the basket on the second floor. I had a nice stay here, thanks!

Cross-country ski trail is within 100 metres. Tennis and outdoor swimming is possible 2 km away. The Augenbründl Pension is 500 metres from the centre of Maria Alm, and restaurants and supermarkets are located there. Free private parking is possible. Lovely staff/owners! Even though the main hostess didn't speak English, her daughter did and we communicated just fine with nods and smiles anyway. They always remembered little things like what tea we liked, and made an effort to clean the room each day at a convenient time rather than barging in when we weren't ready. Went above and beyond to supply us with vegan breakfast. Room was warm, shower was great, everything lovely and clean, spacious, and the view from the balcony was simply gorgeous, looking out at the mountains and directly onto the cross-country ski track. Location was fantastic, around a 5 minute walk into the village centre. This was by FAR the cheapest option in Maria Alm on this website, but one of the loveliest places I have stayed - it felt like home.

All rooms offer a flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with bathrobes and a hairdryer. Most have a balcony. The property has a great location with a beautiful view looking over the mountains! The sauna was amazing after a day of hiking or climbing. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was all very friendly, inviting and personable. The owner takes time to talk to the guests and give information on the best places to eat, best hikes, town happenings, etc. We ended up staying an extra night for a day of relaxation. We plan on staying there again in the future! It’s perfect for a quiet getaway!

The rooms come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. All rooms have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Really liked that there was a good music box inside the room, that you could connect to via Bluetooth. The kitchen was small but had all the necessities. There were also several board games that you could borrow to play a bit. The lady owner of the place was very nice and talkative. Also, I really enjoyed having a balcony where you can have a coffee in the morning with a nice view.

Just a 3-minute walk from the centre of Mühlbach, Gästehaus Fellner offers a sauna, fitness room and infrared cabin. In winter, the use of the sauna and bathrobes is included.

The hotel was recently renovated with attention to detail. At the time of our visit (August 2022), there was a pleasant cozy atmosphere, which exceeded our expectations. The restaurant offered a varied and tasty menu of local products, including local spirits. Spacious rooms with better equipment for the given category of accommodation. Everything was clean and ready for a comfortable stay. The staff, Marek, and owners were very kind and helpful. The delicious breakfast satisfied various tastes. The cable car is 300 m from the hotel.

Gasthof Sonnenlicht is located in the outskirts of Maria Alm, only a 3-minute walk from the village centre and 700 metres from the Urslautal Golf Course. It offers free Wi-Fi, and a ski bus stop is right outside. Amazing place and very kind staff.
