A beautiful, stylish guest house in a lovely town. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I loved the sculptures. We felt very much at home. A lot of attention to details such as lighting the fireplace when it turned cold, giving information on what to do in the area and the delicious breakfast. Very attentive hosts and friendly personnel.

The Owners were very warm and welcoming. Rooms were clean, spacious and well decorated. Bar fridge was well stocked. Coffee machine and hairdryer were good. Bed was comfortable. Lovely views of the mountains all around the property. There were a number of very pleasant spaces to relax in. We used the pool table in the evening. Jacuzzi area in the spa was great to soak away the tensions of the day. Montagu Hot Water Springs are just across the road if one wants to have a therapeutic dip. There is enough space for onsite parking. Great restaurants 5 minutes away. The breakfast at Pjure was absolutely wonderful with fresh bread, fruit, eggs, bacon, home made yoghurt and more ! A wonderful scent as you arrive prepares your senses for a lovely experience and the botanical shower gel reinforced feeling pampered. All in all, a lot of effort has gone into creating a good space for guests to recharge in.

Everything was perfect.
The guesthouse is set on the edge of the village in a quiet area but close enough to walk to. The setting is so picturesque with the mountains and ponds. The accommodation was spacious and private and immaculate. The hosts were great - very focused on making your stay perfect. The breakfast was fabulous with fresh fruit salad and yoghurt, full cooked breakfast, followed by croissants and homemade jams.

Mike and his spouse are fantastic hosts. Wonderful continental breakfast with fresh fruits, cheese and ham on my request!. For once no eggs in rsa:-). Very quiet neighbourhood and nice restaurants on walking distance. Mike will guide you. They have an impressive collection of cacti and succulents…..superbe!
Lovely place with lovely hosts. The area is very quiet and beautiful. This guesthouse is only a few minutes away from restaurants and shops. Breakfast was amazing! It is a perfect stop on the Route 62.
Lovely staff and great breakfast. Plenty of selection and beautifully presented. Situated in a great location. We loved Montagu- great restaurants and beautiful buildings all very close by to the guest house. We would definitely come back again and spend a bit longer. The guesthouse had lots of unexpected bonuses- e.g. we could walk around the olives down to the river, lots of birds. Also the room was very well equipped- fridge, nice toiletries, etc.
It was an amazing stay! Prefect very quiet location, nice room, wonderful garden, great breakfast and of course a hospitality of the very nice hosts. We enjoyed our conversation so much. Thank you for everything. We highly recommend everyone who visits Montagu to stay at this beautiful guesthouse.
