Room 11 is a clean and comfortable room that includes a small refrigerator, sink, stove, top, tv, and large shower. The pool area was nice and there was a nice area to bbq and relax. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance for a delicious meal. It's a 20-minute drive into Albufeira, and this was a nice place to get away from the crowds there.

The location is super central—just excellent. The pool area was also fantastic. There was a lot of privacy and tranquility. Breakfast was tasty (especially cheese and pasties de nata!). It's a good accommodation for a short stay—our room was very nice, either.

Excellent property, friendly staff, recently decorated and furnished, the layout worked perfectly, plenty of space and bathrooms, and the sun terraces provided great views. We also had use of the facilities in the main guest house which was 10 metres away. Close to the old town and lots of good restaurants near by.

NOTHING!!!After making the reservation, we noticed the reviews on Google...and upon check-in they asked us to pay a deposit of 200 Euros and we asked about the Bedbugs mentioned in the reviews on Google..They admitted that there were bedbugs in Nummer 11 this summer and told us to clean them. We wanted to see the room and after seeing the bed, we decided not to stay there because we saw that it was absolutely unhygienic. We left the hotel without checking in. The man at the reception ran after us and came to us and informed us that we could stay without paying a deposit. They refused to refund as well..

We were in the VIP guest house which was better than we could have expected. Carlos (the owner) greeted us with a handshake and made sure we knew we would be well looked after.
The resort is small, perfectly maintained and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for.

it was extremely clean and 100 times better than I expected.The hospitality from the hosts especially Paula was excellent.She went the extra mile to help us when we had a problem or question.She was very understandable and had patience with us during our stay.The pool is very very good and quiet.
The apartment was in a very quiet area. Lovely view with the sea in the distance. Plenty of street parking. Possible to walk to beach or Pera town in 30 mins. A car is recommended. Host contacted by WhatsApp with location and key safe number so no waiting around for access. Please note it is in Lot 3. Wifi was good. The pool looked nice but not heated so we did not use it. Good shower over bath plenty of hot water. Hand soap, oil, salt and pepper available.
It was a little difficult to find but I was helped by the host Paula, even though it was late in the evening. Great value for money. Huge room with little kitchen, and a great pool and roof terrace. I’d stay again for sure Great hosting from Paula 😊
We really loved this place. It exceeded our expectations. The villa is very spacious and has lots of private outside areas. John is a great host. Although we didn't meet him in real live, he always responded very quickly and gave us some very nice recommendations. Quinta de Sausade is a very lovely and tranquil place to be. Would highly recommend this place.
