Casa Pura Vida has superb panoramic views over the blue ocean, the gold sandy dunes and Salgados nature reserve. The location is very central in the Algarve. The villa is situated peacefully at the top of the botanic hill of Quinta da Saudade. Far from the road and very quiet. The villa has a unique own large (60m2) private roof top terrace with BBQ, sun loungers, relax chairs and 2 dining tables. The terrace is partially shaded and has full privacy. The terrace covers the entire villa. There is also a side terrace and balcony and a garden with hammack. Many guests return over and over again. Quinta da Saudade is an authentic and charming former farm estate with 25 holiday villas on a hill. The Quinta is reviewed by many guests as an authentic delight and quite unique. It has beautifully kept gardens full of palm, almond, olive and orange trees. An oasis of relaxation with 2 splendid shared pools, a kids pool and play ground, tennis court, mini golf, table-tennis, petanque, horse riding and an excellent restaurant . The popular Salgados golf course is close. The beach Praia grande de Pera is on walking distance (20 min). It is a magnificent long gold sandy stretch from Gale to Armacao de Pera. The large beach has quiet areas even in mid summer. There are also numerous small beaches throughout the area. The riding stables at the Quinta has fabulous horses that can be taken out for gallops across the dunes or slow trips through the country side. The Quinta is a 12 min. drive from the old town of Albufeira. 45 min. drive from Faro airport. While enjoying relaxation at the Quinta you are very centrally situated in the Algarve near the most beautiful beaches and cosy towns and villages. A great combination for a fantastic holiday. Hello I'm John. We have been the proud owners of this great place since July 2018. We have been coming to the Quinta for more than 15 years and in 2018 a house came up for sale: the house with the most privacy and the most beautiful view. We like it when family, friends and other guests can also enjoy this place. We also want to go as often as possible and enjoy the beautiful view and here in the neighborhood are really the most beautiful coasts of the Algarve! We do our best to make this a wonderful place to stay. We just renewed the kitchen in Casa Pura Vida, so that the whole villa is up to the latest modern standards.

Quinta da Saudade is located between Albufeira and Armacao de Pera, just 800 meters from the beautifully stretched beach Praia Grande de Pera. While the Quinta is in a very tranquil environment it is in the middle of many "things to do", like numerous breath taking beaches (Praia Marinha, Gale, Lourenco, Castello, Sao Rafael, Falesia). Walking trails over the amazing cliffs along the coast everywhere. Golf at Salgados. Bird watching at Salgados wetlands. Zoomarine, Slide and Splash, Dolphin Experience & cave trips. Tourism and night life in Albufeira (7 km), Portuguese tourism in Armacao de Pera (3 km). Picturesque towns as Silves, Loule, Ferragudo, Portimao, Faro, Lagos. Plenty of dining options around or in trendy beach restaurants. A few places are on walking distance like the beach Praia Grande, the wetlands and a bit more distant: the golf course, several restaurants towards the centre of Vale de Parra and Armacao de Pera.
