Hospitality was amazing, Carlos and Monica really went out their way to make us feel welcomed.
The food was wonderful! We are very lucky to have been able to experience the authentic Portugese cuisine.
The apartment was clean and cosy, we had everything we needed. Very comfortable size for a family. There are shops and beaches nearby (we used Uber to explore, it was very cheap).
We loved every second of our holiday, and we can't wait to be back!

What an incredible vacation we had at Arrancada 14! Our family of four, including our 10-year-old and 2-year-old, enjoyed seven unforgettable days at this lovely residence. From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of the house. The decoration had such good taste, making it a delight to stay in.
We were thrilled to find that the house was equipped with everything we needed - it really felt like a home away from home! And let me tell you, the surroundings were just perfect. The pool was a true paradise, especially for the kids! They couldn't get enough of it, and it made their vacation so much more enjoyable.
What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful and available host. Any questions or requests we had were promptly attended to, and their hospitality made us feel so welcome.
All in all, our experience at Arrancada 14 was fantastic, and we're already dreaming of going back! The wonderful house, the fantastic pool, and the caring host made it a vacation to remember. Fantastic panoramic views of Albufeira and the coastline. We were made to feel as though we were more than just guests. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast is a buffet continental style with plenty of selection.

Quiet, relaxing place. But that depends on what part of Pera you are staying in. You need a car to get around the places. But if you not travelling much you can use Uber. It's fast and not to expensive.

If you're after relaxation then come to the village of Pera.
If you're after relaxation then come to the village of Pera. It's very chilled out. You will have a taste of authentic Portuguese life here. There are a few small restaurants, bars and a market. There's an Aldi 5 mins drive away. A car is most definitely required whilst here!!
The apartment was in a very quiet area. Lovely view with the sea in the distance. Plenty of street parking. Possible to walk to beach or Pera town in 30 mins. A car is recommended. Host contacted by WhatsApp with location and key safe number so no waiting around for access. Please note it is in Lot 3. Wifi was good. The pool looked nice but not heated so we did not use it. Good shower over bath plenty of hot water. Hand soap, oil, salt and pepper available.
This is a wonderful quiet place to stay for a couple during holiday. Apartment is well equipped- nothing is missing in there. We were greeted by the lovely owner who gaves us keys. When there is an issue or when you want to ask question there is a nice lady eager to help.
It is not too far from Armacao de Pera - 20 minutes walk through peaceful fields or 5 minutes drive. We would love to go there more often or stay forever ;)

Large house with 4 good sized bedrooms. Fantastic swimming pool that can be accessed from all bedrooms. Large outdoor table which is great for meals and family games. Walking distance to old Pera village and 30 minutes to the beach. A quiet area away from all the noise of bigger towns. Private. Miguel is a great communicator and quickly resolved any issues or questions we had.
We stayed two nights in PeraLux and enjoyed it very much. The common area with swimming pool and outside kitchen is very nicely prepared and have a very pretty view over the city with the sun going down behind it. A small moment I loved. Big thanks to Paula for her tips and welcoming us. We chose the location becouse of the proximity to the Zoomarine.
Good location, clean and well maintained inside and around the complex. Gated security, good parking. In Pera village, there is a shop for essentials, cafe bars and restaurants, and a pharmacy.

We’ve stayed in the Jardin de Pera complex before about 10 years ago so knew what to expect. it’s a little away from the main costal resorts but within easy reach of everywhere by car.
complex is small, very clean and private. an ideal escape.
A lot of space, very calm environement, swimming pool with the lovely sunsets, a nice breakfast with local products, very welcoming and helpful owner - it feels like your own countryside house, not a hotel :)
