Nice, clean and comfortable option to visit Venice. Lucia, the host, was very nice and responsive in all communication. There is a small Bialetti espresso machine in the room for the first Espresso to start the day. On top there is a voucher every for a croissant/Cornetto and coffee at a very nice local cafe around the corner.
The connection to Venice is very good (10 min) via 3 bus lanes and frequent schedule till 11 pm in the night. Also connection to the airport (10 min) is good via bus.

Air conditioning was so needed and appreciated. The host was very helpful especially with giving guidance on transport to the airport. Near to the airport and easy to catch the airport bus in the early morning

Let me start with great host. She welcome us with lot of smile, full of information and support. You feel warm for the beginning. Accommodation is very convenient to visit Venice. The bus needs only 10 minutes. Accommodation is very clean, good WiFi, and you got great breakfast at nearby restaurant. Who needs parking there is also free parking spot. Our host even sell us the bus tickets so we don’t need to bother ourselves. Also if you are coming from airport there is close station (400m walk).

Comfortable and quiet, it met my need for a bed and breakfast. The bus station is nearby, 9 minutes from Venice, 9 minutes from the airport. Good hosts, very nice people.
Calm guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature. A bus station is very close to the property (<5 min walking) and the ride to Venice takes 15-20 min. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. The check-in was smooth, the host was responsive and greeted us kindly.
