This is a great base for exploring the old city- just be aware that they have two separate locations for rooms- in the pedestrian village and in the drivable one. We got confused when our gps wanted to take us into the old town. A phone call with Daniela straightened things out- they have good communications, just make sure you have the phone #! Everything was top notch. I was able to easily walk into the old village first thing in the morning- it was cool and there were hardly any people about. Just go at 7:00. Stay here, if it’s not booked!

This facility is excellent. Not only is the property beautiful and clean, but the manager was extremely kind, patient, and honest. She is absolutely wonderful and her B&B is a gem in Civita. The breakfast was delicious, and the manager even drove us to the bus stop! When my husband accidentally left his backpack in her car, she immediately returned to the bus stop to deliver it.
