The owner Pablo is frindly and helpful. He gave us excellent advice on how to see the Brazil side of the falls on our own, without an expensive guide. The property is small (eight guest rooms with indoor and outdoor shared spaces), quiet, very pretty, with friendly staff and lovely grounds, and is mainteined in excellent condition. A short walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Lovely setting and we loved having the pool. It was easy to get to the falls, you can get the bus just a short walk away.

10 minutes walking to the bus terminal for bus to the waterfall park. Quiet street and safe. Very beautiful garden. Room is in good size and clean. A kitchen is available. Daniel is super nice, giving us all the useful information.

Exceptional service! Lisi and her husband are super friendly and explained everything in detail how to best discover Iguazu! From booking the pick up to the check in and additional requests, everything worked absolutely well and they were super helpful! We would book the same accomodation again!

The host is absolutely amazing and a very caring guy who always came to greet us and helped us with everything we asked for. The place has a very friendly atmosphere and we felt like at home there :-) The neighbourhood is silent away from the downtown. Great pick ;-)

Staying at the country cottage Avista del Rio was a delightful and memorable experience, great view to the river, cozy room, close to tiny local market to get supplies and near to the Hito Tres Fronteras, full of tourist experiences !!!
