Nice hotel, friendly staff. The room has a shower cabin, which is much more convenient than a regular shower in the bathroom, like in most Vietnamese hotels. The room is bright and clean. There are also windows and air conditioning

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very well located and the receptionist he gave us some good tips for cafes and restaurants nearby They even let us check in early as soon as the room was ready when we had arrived from our early flight Our main host was very welcoming and she helped us to book our tour of halong bay which was brilliant. The air conditioning worked well, good shower, huge comfy beds!

The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi old town area, staff is very kind and helpful, the room was clean and with everything we needed (comfy bed, silent air conditioning, spacious shower). Our room was very quiet as it was located in the upper floor (the team also offered us a free room upgrade at the check in). We enjoyed the breakfast and also the nice welcome drink after our long flight. Definitely recommended.

This hotel had everything we wanted: lovely staff, beautiful outlook from the room (through trees overlooking a classic old quarter street), comfort (air conditioning and double glazed windows, comfy beds) and an ideal location for exploring. David and Jennifer really made us feel welcome - the hotel staff feel like a warm family. we would definitely stay here again.

Comfy bed nice shower safe in your room ,great value for money 💰 but what makes any place is the staff, super helpful always smiling, nothing every a problem.so much so on my way back there in a few days.need I say more .you want a posh place look elsewhere. But you won't beat the service you get here.for a fraction of the price 🤔
