I loved mostly everything about our stay. The location was great, my surroundings were peaceful quiet and relaxing. It was so pleasantly strange to be so close to the city and have that much peace! The facilities were kept very clean so we were extremely satisfied with that. Initially, we were worried about how the outdoor bathrooms might be...they were great. The Byredo soaps...like a spa experience. I even looked them up online to purchase for my own home. I loved the comfort of our journey tent and the bed was incredible! We had everything we needed right in our little tent and it was so great to experience the sounds of nature (crickets and the water) and having the luxury of being "indoors" while still feeling like you were outside. I slept like a baby.

Very clean room Free breakfast with good quality food. Modern rooms, with a comfy bed. Friendly staff and very helpful. Great location, with a subway station 2 minutes away. Have a microwave and toaster in the room to make food in your room if needed. Great air conditioning, easily adjustable

Rooms spacious for new York and very clean, comfy beds and great powerful showers. There's a coffee machine in the room, very easy to use with pods topped up every day. Two subway stations within 5 mins walk. You will need to use them.

Lovely staff. Great location right on the west side of Central Park. 3 minutes away from the subway. The pods were very comfy. Had light control inside as well as a charging station and AC. The place also provided clean towels and all the roommates (in their pods) were very respectful. The place has free breakfast bagels with jam and butter, really good!!! And without a time limit, so it's there till it's gone and usually there was some till late evening. Small detail but felt good every morning!!

The hotel is located in a sensational spot in New York! It is within walking distance of Broadway, Central Park and other key locations such as the Rockefeller Centre. I cannot stress enough how good this location is! It also has ready access to the Met Underground train system. The rooms are air-conditioned with comfy beds well appointed bathroom and fridge. Im my opinion it represents outstanding value for money. There area also many restaurants close by!

Great large comfy bed, staff were great, room cleaned every day. The air conditioning was amazing.,,but very loud! Siegfried who worked nights went above and beyond for us and really was an extra highlight for our trip! One of your staff also organised us cabs for our journey back to JFK which helped us a lot as we were a group of 5 with lots of bags!
