location was great as close to lake and old town. However is right on the main Annecy to Doussard road and so is VERY noisy - near constant horns beeping. View from living room is spectacular. Modern stylish kitchen Separate toilet and bathroom -common in France. Electric shutters Good storage
The apartment is newly renovated and modern. It is very clean and comfortable. The parking spot was very welcome and the location suited us. We.will miss our morning coffees on the balcony. Thank you for making our stay in Annecy amazing! We will be back!

It was all great : the room was clean and quiet, the location was amazing (as it was in the city center). The staff was also welcoming and the breakfast good price/quality ratio.

Very nice apartment. Excellent location within a short walking distance to the city center. The apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped. A large balcony with a nice view of the lake. private parking. Wi-Fi works well. We had a great time there, too bad we had to leave.
It was very clean and felt like new. The location was fabulous, just a few minutes walk along the river to the old town and lake. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and flexible, very efficient communication. The apartment was well equipped, nice quality bedding and towels, comfortable bed and modern fit out. It was very warm during our stay so we closed the wooden shutters and had the windows wide open and that worked very well. Handy Carrefour a couple of doors along, and delicious boulangerie in the opposite direction.
The apartment was clean, practical, comfortable, tasteful, modern , quiet with everything one needs including , USB plugs for chargers plus a washing machine. The location is perfect with a short walk to the City Center.
