Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff were very good, kind and accomodating. The room was bigger than the pictures shown which is a bonus. Housekeeping does not knock on your door yet it is more on demand. Excellent value for money, electricity went out just a few times and within 15 seconds would switch back on again. All in all, very good hotel

The location is perfect, close to the Museum, Badaro district with all the bars and restaurants and not far from the districts of Gemmayze/Mar Mikhael and Downtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from Mr Raouf, the Manager to the people at the reception (I remember Ibrahim's name but every single person at the reception was delightful and accomodating), their warmth was genuine and the manager went out of his way to accomodate me.
