The hotel location and rooms are superb! The breakfast and the restaurant is located on the 11th floor with amazing view. We arrived earlier which was not a problem, because our room was already prepared. We got a room on a 49th floor instead of 28 what was booked for special request. And we decided to extend our stay one day which went super smooth! Special thanks to Salah our receptionist who was kind and helpful and he make all this thing happen! Thank you Salah for the excellent service!

I stayed for a week at the hotel. It is perfectly located for downtown. The staff were exceptional. Israfi kept my room spotless and made sure i had water, coffee and anything i need.
