Fantastic, friendly staff that made sure we were well looked after! The apartment was huge and very clean.

The pool was great for the kids and We arranged for a massage the day we checked out while they swam (well worth it!).

The apartment was big and comfy for our needs, house cleaning was amazing and performed everyday to the highest standard. We had all the amenities for a pleasant stay ( cutlery, plates, paper towels etc). A surprise was also the view from the balcony since the location is not that close to the waterfront. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. There was a big parking lot and also street parking which made our stay more relaxing. Very good proximity to the port where you can go in day trips and also to the most impressive beaches in the western part of Crete.

It was one of the best hotels I stayed in Greece, it was luxurious real 4 stars. Rooms are very nice, with high quality furniture and very clean.
The beach is also outstanding with turquoise water, you can see the fishes swimming near you, the sun beds are comfortable and there is an adults only zone and another zone for families with children. The beach bar has good prices and good beverages.
I really liked breakfast, they have a new pie and new desert every day.
Location is a bit weird (car repairer and unfinished buildings), but near to main street of Kissamos, within easily walkable distance there are supermarkets, cafes, tavernas. There's only one window in the apartment, but you have airconditioner. One more pot in the kitchen would be more convenient, but you can manage home cooking if want to do so. Design is modern and stylish, we liked it very much.
Amazing location right by the sea ensuring a gorgeous panorama from the balcony of the sea-view rooms. Close to restaurants, beaches, the city center and bus station. Super nice and charming staff, pool big enough for proper swimming, and clean, modern rooms! Abundant breakfast. Ultra comfy double bed.
