The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfest its very good! The location is very good in the city center and bus station is very near. I totaly recomend and I will stay there again in future for sure.

I loved the design and the atmosphere of spacious lounges, using works of local artists while keeping abreast with contemporary global trends. Very stylish! The location is also marvellous, next to ski slopes and wooded mountains. My room was super comfortable.

The duplex was clean and comfortable to stay, newly renovated with big living room space and 2 bedrooms. The location is near the forest. It is the best place to stay for families with children. The host was very friendly and nice. I also enjoyed a big balcony with the forest's view.
The staff at Rooms Kokhta are exceptional. They went out of their way to make our stay special. The place itself is beautiful - stylish and comfortable - and the location is great, too. Looking forward to seeing the spa facilities completed! Also, the food (both room service and in the restaurant) is great - and fairly priced. I would've expected it to be more expensive given the overall quality and positioning of the place.
