We had a really pleasant stay in Pickalbatros Portofino. Our room was first line on the beach with an amazing view.
The included services ( beach, pool, tennis, paddle, ...) were a great added value. Despite being kid friendly the atmosphere was calm and relax.
Food was good with a lot of choices.

The best hotel in Marsa Alam. The room, the restaurants, the staff were all amazing. The location of the hotel is excellent. We can’t wait to come back again.
The breakfast was really exceptional with plenty of options with very high standard quality food. Very good facilities and very imppressive service with very skilled and friendly staff the location is good and the room was brand new with new furniture, the bar is also really great the pool as well as close to the reception and other locations, very nice activities with plenty of joy and memories. Overall a very very good stay could def recommend and tbh one of the best hotels I've been to.

Absolutely everything! The best holidays and resort in Egypt so far. The resort is completely renovated, has great location and offers lot to everybody - families, couples and also singles. The staff is great, Mr. Haytham Aly takes care about guests 24/7, the food is delicious, atmosphere relaxed and calm, sandy beach with beautiful reef, great for snorkelling and swimming. When dive center will be open it will be a heaven on earth!
The hotel is very comfortable and it looks modern and new. Highlight for the food, with a lot of variety and quality. The beverages are also good, we really liked the Sky Bar and the cocktails served there were above average. The a la carte restaurant was very good, the staff was very attentive and we had a lot of food. The beach is good even though we would prefer a little more privacy. The wifi worked well and good speed.
The property has a modern construction and is very well maintained. Good quality internet compared to most places in Egypt. The host Omar is a gem. He is so kind and helpful. Its hospitality at its finest for me. You will not want to leave. From the moment I entered I felt at home. Its one of those places where you feel compelled to stay for longer than you planned. I will be back for sure.
