The suite is very spacious and has everything we need. Mini bar and snacks to enjoy at night. Staff gave us Baden-Baden guest cards for discounts in the town. She also gave us a spa bag with towel etc for our spa visits. We are well taken care of. walking distance to the spa, restaurants and tourist attractions. The best thing is to have an underground parking, that has elevator straight to our suite. Easy loading and unloading for arrival and departure.

Super stylish, thoughtful space. I loved my two nights here. Great bed, shower, towels, soaps etc. AC. High quality coffee and tea too, and a small refrigerator. Location is excellent, on the edge of the old town but very quiet. Handy to everything, especially the thermal baths. Looking forward to visiting again!
The environment of the rooms is clean, modern and functional. We felt at home. The location is right in the city centre and it was a short walk to the park. I would definitely stay here again.
Location, location, location!
Everything worth seeing is at a walking distance. The superior room for three adults was comfy and large. However, we had to wait for the 3rd bed and -as usual- ask for the 3rd robe, slippers and towels. Room service for dinner had a long waiting time (1h15) and they finally forgot the cutlery. For a five stars hotel we would expect more, in a timely service. Customer service is something to improve to position the hotel at a higher level. As it is, we can find better 4 stars hotels.
Top location in the very centre of this wonderful and stylish city. Hotel is brand new so everything is neat, clean and modern. Small details: toothbrush and paste, razor blade and cream are available for the absent minded. Great service! Breakfast is very extensive and tasteful.
Location is excellent, with easy access from/to the highway and just two hundred meters from the pedestrian city-center.
Modern building with good facilities, in-house parking (although with limited capacity and no reservation possible).
