I was there for 2 nights nd I feel Amazing. Its lies in the city center.. staff is very helpfull and very polite.. Hotel is very neat and clean. I always prefer cleanliness hotel.. This is one of the best one. Really recommend to everyone who wants to go Amritsar . Giving them. 5 Star.

Room was ok, not what I expect from 5 Star, more like 3 star. No towels in room, had to request, same on second day, towels were not changed & beds not properly made.
I was blown away by the incredible service at Hotel Greenwood Villa by Levelup Hotels & Resorts! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the employees. The rooms were luxurious, the location was outer and safe, and the level of dedication shown by the staff was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and give them a well-deserved 5-star rating
The hospitality at Reception was quite friendly. They helped and were quite quick in service. At the Restaurant Chef Vipin was very friendly and professional and he knew his Job superbly.
