The location was great! Very central and a beautiful hotel. The staff were very attentive and helpful, they responded to requests promptly with the utmost courtesy. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious, compliments to the chef and dining staff for looking after us so well. Housekeeping were brilliant, it was so lovely to come back to a clean, fresh room after a long day out!.

I had a fantastic 2 week stay. The hotel and my room I could not fault. All the staff from front desk, housekeeping and the dining room provided an outstanding service. The food was delicious, just a little spicy to what I am used to. The bar upstairs for me was perfect as they had pool tables which was a great plus. Next to the hotel there is a mall and across the road a 24 hour shop and a couple of places to eat. Overall, I highly recommended.

If you need a room in Jalandhar, you can't do better than here. It's very clean, and a very good price. All very professional and a perfectly good stay right in the centre of the town. The staff were good. If you're passing through Jalandhar and not looking for luxury, it's the perfect choice.

breakfast was great... nice variety....Staff really polite, always accommodating from front desk, to restaurant staff to security staff. Room was always cleaned, and fresh on my return, WIFI is great. Menu is exceptional and great variety. Chefs come out and see if you like the food and change any requirements you wish. Tea is really nice and the biscuits you get with it are exceptional. The owner eats in the restaurant so you need food is always on point. Dessert are really nice.

The service levels were of the top class . Right from the front office , FNB , House keeping , every one was just excellent at his work . My special thanks to each one of the department Special mention goes to the combo package in the restaurent which offered mouth watering food at very affordable prices . Please do continue this concept as I have not seen it getting implemented in any of the 4 or 5 star hotels .

Loved the room , so comfortable and quite , the big windows had an incredible view of the city at night . Everything exceeded my expectations. The en-suite had a jacuzzi with i have not seen in other 5 star hotels as well they mostly have a soaker tub . So that was something exceptional
