The experience was to celebrate my wife's special birthday. She has been suffering general aches and pains recently but the hotel, spa and health facilities were just the ticket. I also treated her to a hot stone massage, she thoroughly enjoyed this experience, followed by a relax in the Hot Spar Pool was exquisite. The hotel, food and staff were all amazing.

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for one of the rudest people I've EVER met at reception. She basically didn't want to be there or answer one or two questions without a stinking attitude..

Margaret the owner was amazing host and so welcoming we had the best time, breakfast was very tasty and evening entertainment for both adults and children with pool table and darts was excellent. My son left his charger and Margaret went out of her way to return this by post to us, simply the best 5 stars ⭐️
Location was perfect for Alton Towers theme park. Food was superb and our accommodation was spot on. Margaret and her staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars all round.
