The staff was very professional also quick and efficient, and straight to the point. There was a specific staff named Uzzal Hosen who had taken care of floor 2, were I was situated. This staff member was always kind and Checking to see if we had everything we needed. Furthermore, he would always make sure my room was always tidy. This guy is a massive asset to the company and wanted to thank him for all the hard work whilst our stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel and right across Al Haram. We got upgraded to a room with partial Haram view which was amazing! The lady at the reception named Reenad helped us out big time when we had to pay our taxi driver and he only accepted cash. Again, thank you for that! The location in the shopping centre is also very try convenient. Very easy to grab lunch or dinner.
