Visit of a spiritual place is always superb.
Visit of a spiritual place is always superb. One concentrates more on the experience rather than the facilities. Having said this, get used to good walking at least one month before planned visit, you will have to walk a lot. I mean really a lot. Keep urself well hydrated. Delay the things do not be in hurry. Must visit

please be advice that I had to check out earlier due to few opticals that occurred during my stay in Makkah Hotel. I have contacted the front disc for approximate 7 times during my stay from the 10th March 2024 tell the early morning of the 12th March 2024 but no action was done. I’m staying in a none smoking floor in room 2028 unfortunately, room 2029 they were smoking a lot were me and my wife couldn’t stand much due to health issue. As I mention earlier I had complained a lot but not much respond from the hotel team and another issue I had booked a room with morning breakfast unfortunately they changed it to night iftar time, I had spooked to them for many times that we don’t want it on the evening we requested it on the morning which can be done on morning Sohor time they promised to solve it but at the end they said we can’t change it. I paied money to stay in good place where everything should be according to plan but unfortunately I faced these two incidents which led me to get out from the hotel earlier than the booked period on the 12th March 2024 around 11:10 am. As a loyal customer I request to get back my money for the last two days 13 and 14.

I liked how people of Makkah and in particular policemen are very polite, patient and helpful in spite of the overwhelming number of people who are trying to break the rules. The city is well equipped with the resources such as fast food restaurants, washrooms and even portable chairs everywhere around the haram if you want to rest for a little bit. The cleanliness is also very good bearing in mind the number of people are visiting but it still needs more of it to reflect the great picture of Mekkah to the world.
location was near to haram..approx 10-15min walk to haram courtyard.
shuttle service was available from hotel backside till septco parking station near haram new extension, but still require walk to 5-6min to enter haram new
extension courtyard.
room was clean and comfortable.
washroom was clean and tidy, a bit small.
lifts were fast and easy accessible
last not the least..rates were good
small cafetaria shop in the lobby for quick buy of refreshments.
They have very compfy Master rooms and in a very cheap price like I got a master room in £135 for a week. Though it is 1.4km walk from the Haram but they have arranged buses for the stayers and these buses travel after every 20 mins so it is very convenient. They have a stop near Haram and also just sit in it in front of the Hotel.
The property's location is near Haram, approximately a 14-minute walk away. However, it's worth noting that the property is situated uphill, requiring a climb loop of approximately 80 meters. As a result, it may not be recommended for elderly individuals. Alternatively, they could use a wheelchair with assistance from a companion.
Shower Water Heating at Guest Disposal.
Very Kind & Nice Staff & House Keeping Good Behaviour.
Intelligent Lift Elevator System.
Shuttle Service 24/7 to/from near Haram.
Barbar at the ground floor.
Some Arabic restaurants are nearby, but no Indian/Pakistani Restaurants near the hotel.
Prayer Room,
Kids Area.
Excellent bus service to the haram, available all the time. Bus take couple of minutes to reach near haram and then a short walk (under shade) to haram from clock tower . Very good and clean rooms. Front desk staff is good. Overall good hotel
The Hotel is excellent choice, Staff are amazing especially Sameer and Hadi, they were very helpful and cooperative.
The hotel location is splendid near Haram, almost 2 minutes walk.
Open boufeat was great value for money.
Room sizes are small, as any hotel near Haram has this same small sizes, but it was ok. only location of hotel is bit tricky to find, as it is not prominent place. so we call to hotel and then they explaine to driver.
It's a clean hotel, near Haram on the way, but in returning back a bit far however there is a bus available 24 hours. Most of the staff was helpfull. Mr. Ali, Mr. Ziad and Mr. Abdulla were very cooperative.
Breakfast was not included in the room. The hotel is near haram, however, it faces a major crowded bus stop area. This is the last city bus/taxi stop and from where people start walking to haram.
The best hotel near Haram, best bus service, 24/7 every other minute there is a shuttle to haram, and the walk + shuttle ride towards haram is a total of 7 minutes, without any rush.
if you are traveling with your parent and need a hotel which is near Haram, this is the best hotel. All the facilities are near by and with in 5 mins you will be in haram.
