The staff was friendly and attentive and worked very hard. The food and drinks were all high quality and very good. The room was comfortable. There were lots of areas to lie in the sun or the shade, depending on preference. There was no excessive noise at night. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All in all, a great experience.

Huge bed, great shower, lots of space, central location. The staff are special, very kind and thoughtful. We got a free yoga class which was great. I really recommend this space for anyone who wants to visit cancun away from the crowds.

We stayed at a horrible place before so my bf and I were SO glad to have moved to MIO. It's a cute boutique hotel with kind staff and breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was clean and it was awesome to have hot water (although most of the time not necessary because it's so hot outside!) Located within walking distance of some good cafes and close to where you can catch a bus to the Hotel Zone. We loved our stay here and wished that we stayed here for the whole time we were in Cancun!
